About Me
I draw on two decades of operating and executive experience to help leaders navigate growth with clarity, resilience, and grounded leadership. I’ve led Talent at AppNexus and Squarespace during periods of rapid scale, served as Chief People Officer at Orchard through a tenfold headcount expansion, and built executive teams across a portfolio of venture-backed companies at Juxtapose. Today, I lead the People function at Headway and coach select clients in parallel.

My coaching approach blends strategic insight with emotional intelligence. I’ve worked with founders and senior leaders to scale teams, build culture, navigate complex transitions, and lead in ways that are both effective and deeply aligned. Whether in a boardroom or a coaching session, my goal is the same: to create space for grounded growth - where leaders can access their full potential without losing themselves in the process.
